Value Made Human VMH · TRANSFORMATION PRACTICE
TRANSFORMATION & CHANGE MANAGEMENT FOR LIFE SCIENCES

Transformation runs on protocols. People decide if it works.

Value Made Human helps pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device organizations turn strategic change into something their people actually adopt, not just something they approve.

A validated process and an adopted process are not the same thing. We work in the space between the two.

Life sciences companies are built for rigor: controlled documents, defined roles, audited decisions. That rigor protects patients. It can also make change land as compliance rather than conviction. We help the people inside the system carry the change forward, not just sign off on it.

What we do

SEC. 02 — SERVICES
§01

Organizational Transformation

Redesigning how a company works: structure, roles, and decision rights, so strategy has somewhere to live day to day, not just a slide it was announced on.

§02

Change Management & Adoption

Planning and running the human side of a launch, system rollout, or reorganization, from readiness through reinforcement, so the change is still there six months later.

§03

Culture & Leadership Alignment

Getting leadership teams working from the same definition of the future, and modeling it visibly enough that the rest of the organization believes it too.

§04

Operating Model & Process Redesign

Rebuilding workflows and governance around how the business actually needs to run today, not the shape it grew into over the last decade.

How we work

SEC. 03 — APPROACH
01 / DIAGNOSE

Understand where the friction actually is

We talk to the people closest to the work and map where the current process, structure, or culture is quietly working against the strategy, before we propose anything.

02 / DESIGN

Build the target state with its future owners

We build the operating model, org design, or change plan alongside the people who will own it day to day, not only the sponsors who commissioned it.

03 / MOBILIZE

Equip leaders to introduce the change themselves

Managers get the training, communication tools, and talking points to lead the change with their own teams, in their own words.

04 / SUSTAIN

Track adoption, not just completion

We measure how people are actually working, adjust the plan as real behavior surfaces, and hand off ownership before we leave.

Who we work with

SEC. 04 — INDUSTRIES

Pharmaceutical

Portfolio strategy shifts, M&A integration, and commercial model changes that have to work inside a validated, regulated operating environment.

Biotech

Scaling from a discovery-stage culture to a commercial-stage organization without losing the speed and conviction that got the company here.

Medical Devices & Appliances

Aligning R&D, quality, regulatory, and commercial teams around a single launch or transformation plan they can all actually execute against.

Why we're named this way

Value, on paper, is a number in a business case. In practice, it's a person doing their job differently on a Tuesday morning.

We're named for that gap: the distance between a plan that's been approved and a plan that's been believed. In an industry built on protocols, controlled documents, and validated processes, it's easy to mistake sign-off for adoption. They aren't the same thing, and only one of them changes how work actually gets done.

Closing that gap is the whole job. Every engagement we take on is judged by whether the people inside the organization can explain, in their own words, why the change is worth carrying forward.
